In 2018, we worked hard to identify ways to help CPCH patients get better, faster. We learned that our patients are aiming for WELLNESS not just improvement of their symptoms. We also learned that as a group, the CPCH providers had a wealth of expertise and knowledge, tips and strategies, and inspiration to help their patients with WELLNESS.
We then started to think about how we could share this valuable information with all our patients at CPCH and designed a wellness program that draws on expertise from our providers and community partners.
Next, we realized that we could help not only CPCH patients, but our community and beyond by creating a self-paced, online wellness program that could be accessed by anyone, anywhere, and anytime. Voila! The online CPCH Wellness Program was born.
