At CPCH, we are on-time, every-time for our patient appointments. Why are we so obsessed with being on time? Learn more from our founder, Dr Jennie Byrne

I hate waiting!
The CPCH no-wait policy was born out of my own frustration with doctor appointments. Many times I would go to my doctor’s office and wait, and wait, and wait. I started blocking 4 hours out of my workday just so that I could sit and wait in another doctor’s office!
As a busy working parent of two, I always feel like there is never enough time to get everything done in my day. As a psychiatrist and a therapist, I know that time is one of the most precious things we all have.
So when I opened CPCH in 2010, I committed to seeing my patients on-time, every-time. As we have grown, the entire CPCH team remains committed to this no-wait policy. We value your time and our patients value our time.
How else does CPCH help our patients save time?
- live customer support M-F 8AM-5PM – so no playing phone tag
- 24/7 urgent access to your doctor – so no going to urgent care after hours
- convenient appointments – early morning, evening, weekends so you don’t miss work
- televideo appointments – so you don’t waste time in traffic
