The holidays often bring about stress, depression, anxiety, and other emotions that may leave you feeling not as joyful as you think you should be. It’s okay to experience these feelings.

Oftentimes, the holidays remind us of loved ones who have passed or of seemingly happier times, which can cause us to feel sadness or a bit of depression. More often than not, family can bring about many of these emotions and leave you feeling depressed or stressed.
