Jessica Booth, MS, LMFT- Regional Clinical Director of Central/Eastern NC
Jessica Booth, MS, LMFT is the Regional Clinical Director of Cognitive Psychiatry and CBT Counseling Centers in Central and Eastern NC. Jessica maintains her clinical license as a Marriage and Family Therapist, and also operates as a supervisor to the clinicians to ensure holistic, comprehensive, wellness-focused care for all of our clients. Jessica maintains the business operations of the offices and ensures a positive quality of care for all clients. Jessica is leading the initiative to integrate mental health and behavioral healthcare in primary care and other medical care settings and is dedicated to making this initiative successful in North Carolina. Jessica is a North Carolina native and has a passion for serving the mental health needs of her home state. She received her Bachelor’s degree at The University of North Carolina at Wilmington and then went on to receive her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy through East Carolina University. Jessica is a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of North Carolina, and she continues to learn and study new research to hone her therapeutic skills and ensure that her team is providing effective, cutting-edge psychotherapy and medication management services for all of her clients. She also stays up to date with new initiatives throughout the country in regards to integrated care efforts and is dedicated to spearheading these efforts in North Carolina. When Jessica is not working she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, traveling, and adventuring in nature.
